SAAB tech2 card need help

Please if soneone has .bin file read from tech2 saab automobile AB card . I need bin file readed with elan pc manager or other flash manager 32mb file is needed
So I need tech2. 32mb card Saab
Please mates. I cant do anything if i dont have saab card for tech2 please
