Saab 9-3 SCl adding Tech2

Good evening friends :D

I have this Saab 9-3 2003 model with faulty SCL . So i got a used one ,, programmed a virgin file i found online and now i'm in the process of teaching it to the car with my Tech2......

My problem is Security Access! I managed to connect my Tech2 Saab v148 to my virtual PC with RS232 and clicked the Security access button. Software asks me to confirm the VIN (which is correct) and then gives me "ERROR OCCURED" ! Nothing else ,,,,, won't do security access!

Has anyone seen this? Is there another way to teach in the SCL ?

I'm working on the car fortunately .

I have found a problem which i'm gonna fix now and report ..... I was NOT using TIS2000 ..... i used GlobalTis which is for 2008-! I will test and report ....

Does anyone have the Saab TIS2000 software with the security access enabled???? Willing to pay for the software :)

can you share with me the virgin dump for the used scl?:giveup: or tell me where did you find it? I have pretty similar problem with scl of a 2006 93
