Please help with Mercedes CLA 250 211hp.

Hello friends,

I read out the file of the mercedes cla 250 211hp year 2015 with Autotuner OBD.

I received the tuned file from my tuner. I wrote back the tuned file and the car will not start now. Created a autotuner ticket but they cannot help me.. ok

I write back the original file. First time from obd, second time from bench, third time from bootmode. The car doesn’t start... ok

I saw the ecu was opened before the car came to us. No checksum errors or so.

Now, when i diagnostic the ECU with Xentry, it says: ecu needs to be programmed. Xentry doesn’t see the automatic gearbox anymore.

Hard reset with battery disconnecting but no solution. I cannot do a ecu update because i dont have the online login credentials

post your ecu is firmware and such info
without that info no one is able to help you

post obd read and tuned, you shouldnt have wrote a obd file via boot

Thank you, the problem is solved. I did a virtual reading with Autotuner tool but the ecu was cloned and became stuck...

Xentry did a engine control module update online and its working now! I made a boot read after for tuning and it worked great
