I have one here but as i have mesured MOsfet is ok,not have short between source and derain or some resistance but i have strange resistance 91R between two pin on other side.

I made a lot of research in this area ..so...What I can say is this ...only EPS 815 Bosch bench can program...the respossable module from EPS 815 to read/write the maps is VPM 844 Bosch , to read is possible also with KTM systems...but why only EPS 815 bench can do this job??? ...because EPS 815 have a lot of sensors which read the pressure ...rotation speed ...and with this informations the VPM 844 write the new parameters in ECU on pump .The injections pumps have identical software for a same number of pump ( see esitronic documentation ) but different parameters...ECU on VP44,VP30,VP29 have 3 writing areas to write the new parameters so ..the EPS 815 write this ..( so is possible your ECU to have 3 life )when this areas is full your ECU is broken and you need to buy new ECU and after that to reprogram this ecu whith VPM 844 but ( this job is automated done when VPM 844 have all parameters from EPS815 sensors ) ...so...carprog is soft tool to read mybe data from eprom but for this you need also hardware interface to PSG 5 connector ( FPCM connector ) ...so you read this data but this data contains ( software + parameters) if you want to write again ecu...you have possibility to write just 2 free areas parameters....so boot sectors is imposible to write again ...just if ECU is new ...and in this case you need to write the new pump parameters ...so this job can do only EPS 815....yes I know is frustrating but true...this conclusion is the result of many monts of research...maybe I am wrong in this case ...please forgive me ...if you know more please share information

CarProg cannot read PSG5 edc. It is good for PSG16 (Hybrid edc16 pump driver - can-bus edc)

VPD - PSG5 is not engine ecu on the pump, but only pump ecu with can H-L to main engine ECU. CarProg will not read it, and does not have function for it.

can we replace just the electonic box of the pump injector without reprogramming the ECU on focus diesel 1.8 tddi 90CH 2003 ?
what is the necessary tools to reprogramming ECU on this ford ?

which layout you chose in UPA, to read eeprom VP44? Maybe you know how virginized this pump. I need this information to change the pump in ford focus without use of IDS ...

The vp44 hawe a eeprom and microcontroler in it.you can read eeprom but is not in enough.

I haven?t try to read yet ,
but you can try to feed with 12V
and connect to programmer just sda ,scl and gnd

If you have uScope cut off gold wires from pad's and lift it.
You must special prepare your wires to not damage gold from eeprom.
After all preparation read is with any programmer you want.
Re solder eeprom wires back to pad after all needed reprogramming.
If you have good tool and uScope succes is 100%.
That way is also for IAW59FMX HW under 100 ...

Look on logic level on pin 7 it is WP pin - write protect ;-)

well i read the eeprom ,but it is not 24c02 respond on sda2526.read with seeprog.
First read ECU with vagcom and deniss soft,after reprograming the eeprom ,read again and there is no differences .
I program all with FF /clear dump /-it is the same.

I am greatly interested in this. I have just swapped one dead VP44 pump for another and my fuel injection quantities need to be 40% higher to get the same performance.

I am looking for a way to read and reprogram these PSG-5 controllers to fix that.

I experimented today on 24c02 eprom inside pump.
With Diag tool I can communicate with VP44, read indentification and Dtc

When I block sda(eprom), I still can communicate with VP44, read parameter (Battary voltage) and I read indentification.

But Dtc don't show!!
I think only short memory data and dtc is on eprom.
When I don't block sda pin I can read dtc

gays if i try to read eeprom like 2402 there is error in seeprog,i can read it only like sda.With UPA autoidentify what is the model of the eeprom?and how are you able to reprogram 2402 ,if pin 7 is conected?

when i turn my ignition on all i can hear is what i belive to be the high pressure solinoid buzzing constantly would this be down to the ecm

BTW, a friend tried to fit (100% working) pump from Ford Focus to Ford Fiesta ... the car does not want to start. Are these coded on Ford vehicles?

few days before I have similar trouble..focus tddi..yes its coded..but somewhere on best forum in world i manage to found that with KTS you can work it out..only one trouble..there is no pin K in conector on original wiring..but this pin is similar round plug like on bmw..so look in schematic where pin K (comm line) need to be, insert it inside...remove CAN lines from car..conect kts via universal lead..you only need can H, can L and K line..power lines leave on car as it is..ignition on..scrool somewhere down in menu ..there will be one new option like coding or reseting or...it will take some time..but it works

Only on Ford PSG5 is option in menu to reset.
And only for this Reset function need to conect Can H-L. For DTC reading and erasing enaught with K-Line

Hi. You must to do the verification that your carprog can read and write 24cxx series. If not you must to change 4 logics HCT125 in carprog

HI. I read successful eeprom 24c 02 from psg5 with carprog. Cut sda scl vcc and install new chip but eps815 read error. I change eeprom pump 5040003-》504015. Any solutions?

Hello, all of you let the research down? I have read the eeprom after removing wp pin and write back into it a virgin dump and put back the wp pin. After breaking a lot of electronics of theese pumps, i have made the same conclusion as most of you. Eeprom holds only dtc log and easy stuff inside. So, the problem we look to find is inside the flash. Emulated or not into emcu, the flash we need to get in...
