All keys lost situation...
Is it possible to make transponder chip by engine ecu dump ?
Honda HR-V , year 1999 , (NOT 2000, sorry for my mistake) KEIHIN ecu, eeprom is 93LC46 B

Yes, the car hasn't OBD connector.
