Toyota Prius 2010 P0401 remove

Hello!

Anybody can help me?
I have a Toyota Prius 2010 hybrid.
Always get P0401 trouble code in engine ecu.
I have cleaned EGR cooler, EGR valve and EGR pipe and intake manifold near egr pipe but problem is same.
Bald I get again P0401.
Possible remove from engine ecu P0401 code?
And yes what kind of flasher?
