Mondeo Mk3 pre facelift mileage correction

Hi, just a quick question, on the pre facelift model is the mileage only located in the dash clocks? I dont have any other tools apart from an eeprom reader, in order to do a mileage correction do i only take the speedo out and read and write the eeprom? Many thanks

Mondeo that age has HC12 processor, so eep reader won't help you!
