Bosch MED9.5.10 ktag read

Hello guys! Trying to read Bosch med9.5.10 from vag. Got 2 of those ECUs and I need to clone them.

At first I had “communication problem with ecu” error popping, then after reinstalling both drivers and software it changed to “hardware configuration not possible”.

same with both ECUs.

tried both Ksuite 2.23 and 2.25

checked wiring hundreds of times

readed EDC16 just to test if Ktag is working, readed and writed it just fine.

what might be the problem in that case?

Ktag tells just to wire the bdm, no boot pin in my instructions.

I have chineese red pcb 7.020 ktag.
Is it possible that I need to rework it?

I will keep the tread updated guys! Will see if I’m able to read out this ECU after reworking the KTAG.

And I don’t have the xprog unfortunately. I have it, but don’t have the software, If someone can share - please PM!

UPDATE!!!
Received package today. Resoldered all the transistors needed In about An hour.
Now KTAG works as original in terms of connecting power supply. You connect 12V and POWER LED stand on instead of blinking ones. BUT THE PROBLEM IS STILL HERE WITH 2 different ME9+ family ECUs (ktag proto 64)

one thing, i havent resoldered Murata filters, even though i had them, didnt have time, gonna try tomorrow.

can someone please send me working and tested ksuite 2.23 or 2.25 (my version works with evrth except proto 64 for now)

Will keep the tread updated. Update comes tomorrow.
But for now I would like to hear your experience guys about reading this ECUs. It would be rly nice to look at wiring diagrams from another KSuite version (I understand that with Bosch bdm it’s same always, but maybe there is some extra boot pin I don’t know). Some stable ksuite versions are highly alpreciated. Same as xprog soft, I told above, I have it, by soft I got with it is faulty. Maybe get mpps v18 as a backup sometimes works better on those ecu

Do you have a chineese ktag? I need bdm, so Galletto not mpps I guess as a backup. I can do it, but the problem is that I see people are able to do it with chineese ktag and like can’t understand what’s the problem in my case, running me crazy.

67 ktag is edc16 vag, 64 is me9+
