Carprog v 10.05 can not write Dashboard

Please, can somebody help.
I use CarProg v 10.05 or v 9.31 for EPROM 93C76. Carprog read the eprom and write if I write in EEPROM mode.
Carprog also read the dashboard, but when I try to write dashboard Carprog " Not Responding" long time (never back).
I tried on Win 7 and Win 10, the same situation.

What could be the reason ?

Unfortunatelly, it is cloned Carprog.
Any idea ?

Never select Dashboard option in carprog clone you could read and write of wrong way.

To read and write always select Eeprom option, it's safer than Dashboard, like any eeprom programmer.

OK.my freind but with UPA S you coulnd "t conect to dash direct obd ,carprog original can make this if you take full softwaers .god luk everyone

I have caprog v08.21, and I did some rework for it. Now it works perfectly. I ordered 74hct125m chips from aliexpress and then soldered it on and tested with adapter, now it reads and writes perfectly. I attached image with modifications.

EDIT: I skipped that beefy capacitor, It just provides some capacitance for voltage regulator.
