Vespa GT125 Throttle Body Immobiliser - Immo off possible?

We have a Vespa GT125 in for AKL and was wondering if anyone would have an immo off file for it?

Please see below attached part number of throttle body.

We have the advanced scooter workshop which we can read the data from the chip we've made a chip for it but after more diagnosis we've found that the ignition coil isn't generating a signal.

Do you know if immo off is possible?
