help needed to clear crash data on mercedes vito w447

hey guys, noob here.
as above, i want to clear the crash data left behind. i have a snooper (clone) and the wurth wow software.
ive tried looking around but its pretty confusing but do i need to use the carprog software to extract the file or can i use what i already have?

hello with any EEPROM programmer you can do it carprog you have to read the EEPROM 25256 up the reading and we do the reset greetings.

so i extract the EEPROM 25256 file from vehicle with carprog software using my snooper and upload it here?

using carprog snooper can not be invalid.
