I have to replace audi a4 dash, is eeprom re soldering from old dash to new would be enough?

Mileage eeprom and other stuff is stored in eeprom right?

Audi A4 is made from 1994 until now. Giving more information will actually help to answer.

My mistake, client said it was a4, but instead it's a6 c5.

manufactured from 1997 to 2004...if magnetti marelli,you have to deal with motorola mcu....if VDO,it will be a 93C86

magnetti marelli, dash has only half of screen right, or is there some kind of serial identification number?

4B0919xxx before 2000

If Magnetti Marelli, the data is inside the 68HC912
