BMW X5 DDE CHECKSUM

Can some one please help me by correcting checksum on this dump from a x5 dde7 eeprom 95640.
I cant syncronise dde and cas and ecu diagnosis says dde eeprom checksum error.

what did you do that this error arose

came into the workshop like that,ews anti tempering but would not allow sync,did a dagnosis and cleared errors but checksum error wont go.

I have manually checked all the checksums on your eeprom and all blocks seems correct to me. :( No single checksum was wrong.
