Also, after a brief 'safe' message - the starting numbers seem to be increasing. I'm at 5 now. After a code attempt, I am holding 'expert' button and it locks me out. what are you supposed to press after putting your code in?

Also, dealer (or someone) has written Y0266 442 on it. Can't be a reg. Can this help?

Sorry mate ...but I think the dealer is you best option ... Although its a grundig the Calc only goes up to mid 1999 ...
