Ktag 7.020 error "The tool is not powered correctly: control power supply"

Hi,

I am having error:


"The tool is not powered correctly: control power supply"

With Ktag 7.020, Ksuite 2.23 and 2.25. Same error.

Any advise please ?

the problem its on your power supply

I had same error. that means one of your components inside ktag is dead. Mine was fixed after fixing a fuse like semiconductor. Get Your tool checked from a repair guy.
