BMW E90 316i CAS - DME problem

Hi Gyys,
Wondering any one can help me to get out from problem in which I fell?

Its 07 E90 316i with all keys lost.
Eventually I menage to start car just once, using unlocked original key and AVDI online software.
After that I just return once more to CAS keys, don't ask why........ and did nothing just go out and close it.
After that car is not starting any more!?
Fault 2F44 in DME, electronic immobilizer.....
In AVDI BMW online software its says "bad synchronization, mismatched ISNs between CAS and DME "
I borrow friends AVDI, still not updated and he still have offline version for BMW.
No luck, when try to sync CAS - DME, I have following message
"No free start value with release available, Incorrect start value for reset (EWS and DDE do not mach)"
And when try to read DME ISN over obd with online software : "Unknown DME for ME9N45, partNo 7557809"
Offline software, not work as well.

Read CAS eeprom and Flash
922... CAS3+ 0L15Y
DME eeprom is 95080
in attachment

Tango see file like crypted CAS,
but not recognize eeprom from DME like relevant to decript file.

Now I spinning in circle,
Any help, please!

If all keys lost was it so hard to take out CAS and read backup with programmer!? I guess your AVDI F**KED up your CAS or your ECU.

Yes I should take CAS out and read it before everything.
Is it possible to try to fix those dumps, maybe some one have dumps from
same type of CAS and ECU!? I would like to compare them.

Cas 3+ dont have any synchronisation to DDE!
SK or ISN need to the same in CAS and DDE!
But in Cas3+ you cant read real SK / ISN because it is Encrypted...
With other words, you need to read SK / ISN from DDE to make new key and you are done...

Yes AVDI / BMW Explorer / many others can read out SK / ISN from DDE...

So what's the ECU and CAS P/N? "922..." isn't really useful.
