Audi A3 8P0920931S dead

Hello,

I have a dead Audi A3 Dash 8P0920931S.
Customer reports Def in display, I connected AVDI and tryed to read EEPROM.
After that the Dash went black and the car does not start anymore.

I bought X-Program now.
I have a question about it.

When I use data from a diffent car, same part number. For example from this platform.
How to change the IMMO data, I just read the PIN from the new data via Xprog and relearn it to the car via VCDS?

How would you do it?
Or should I upload my original data and maybe somebody can fix it?

Short Question:

Should I erase the Micronas before I wright it?

I would do it that way:

1. Erase Micronas
2. Desolder EEPROM
3. Programm EEPROM via SOIC8 Adapter
4. Put EEPROM back
5. Programm Micronas
6. Change VIN, Serial, odometer
7. Drive

Is this correct?

I think your data is faulty,

I tryed it two times but the dash, does not work correctly on CAN test.
Also when I use your data, and read the VIN number the data is corrupted.

Somebody have a solution?

Or can fix my data or supply me with a other data?

Smal Update:

I managed it to flash the dash and the gateway via odis.
Unit works now again, but the def is still in display, and several warning lamps are on.
No other fault codes in car, except one in the gateway and one in the instrumentcluster.

Furhtermore Digiprog arrived totay.

I programmed the Millage twice, but the fault is still there.

I used the Car funktion>Audi>A3>8P> <2009 Models.
Programmed successfull the Millage again, but the DEF is still in display and the fault code stored.
Furthermore I tried it with 10km more at the millage, still the same...

Make a backup of your eeprom and flash with AVDI then I think AVDI has option to repair DEF. I remember I had same problems and I had to try the repair def a few times until it worked.
also think you need to change the dash state to "6" then re adapt keys with ODIS or VCDS then it will work.
