Hi,

I need your help, I'll need a virgin one for the attachment file.
To explain my problem, I replaced the EGR valve because I had the following defects:
- "anti-pollution system defective" (in french)
- P409
- P490
- P1459
the car suddenly went into degraded mode (3000/3200 rpm max), before the valve was changed, and now even with a new valve, it still is.

I read on several forums that it was necessary to make a flash and virginize it, like here:
https://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/showthread.php/730788-Possible-to-get-virgin-for-edc16c34-citroen-1-6

So I did an extraction with BDM100, and here is my file. can you provide a virgin for me please?

What do you think of my problem?

thank you in advance,
Best Regards,

Did you learn/code the new EGR valve? You need to virginise ECU in case of replacement

hi Mariano,
yes I learned/coded the new EGR valve, with lexia. but it doesn't work because the defect remains in the ECU.
The only way to correct the problem and virginize the ECU, in case of valve replacement, because even with a new valve, the defects remain. you can see an other post in my first post.

I had an evolution this morning, after a bsi reset, even I'm not sure it came from that. but I'm no longer P0409, P0490 and P1459. now I have P0406 and P2143.
but the car is still in degraded mode. And I only have this defect and always "système anti-pollution défaillant" (in french)

For your knowledge,
the degraded mode of my car came from the exhaust side of the turbo that was dead and blocked the exhaust outlet and therefore limited the engine speed. so it was not a degraded mode by the ECU?
I changed the turbo and my car is now working normally. For the rest, it is a problem with a stuck EGR valve, which caused the turbo breakage.
