Ive found this to be untrue, i manage to quit after every pack

i done it last september i used to find it quite easy to pack up but i could never keep it up for more than a few months i used to pack in every year or 2 but couldnt keep going now its around 15 month and i do still get the urge
i find it easier now cos my life is so boring and i dont get out much and my weekend seshes have disapeared ~~~ me lifes that bad i have a void on saturday nights to fill now x factors gone lol
tips for a packing in smoker do not think you have it cracked and think that 1 wont do you any harm cos eventually it will lead to 2 then 3 and you will be back on em i tried smoking on weekends smoking menthol it doesnt work in the long run eventually you end up back i was 40 a day man and at least double on an all day sesh i could smoke 1 now writing this tbh lol
it does get easier but dont give in to temptation i know people who have packed in for years and started again
well done ops anyway 4 year is good going do you still get the urge or not?
