problem immo id dasbaord seat altea 1.6 ecu pcr 2.1

I did the immo 4 pairing (seat altea 2010 - dashboard nec). I put all the data cs, pin, vin, but immo id, how do not have data I put the 00000 the car star 2 sec after power off. error p1570 - ecu block immobilizer.
