kia sportage 2016 - do i need PIN to program remote?

hi all, i have sportage 2016 flip blade remote key to program tomorrow

it uses ID60 6F 80bit TP so i am going to clone this chip,

my question is, do i need to buy the PIN still to program remote in or not on these?, 3D want 15 plus vat for the immo code as its a new KIA, so just wondering whether it would be a wasted expense to buy it "in case"

thats what i thought but wanted to check, hate to turn up to job and not buy code and be buggered :D
