If you unplug MAF, does it work fine or not?

May be you have un metered air, manifold leak and the air mass cannot keep up. I have come across this before.

When blanking MAF are you not supposed to set the MAF reading to one level in the ecu ? Im not sure how it works im leaving it to you professionals haha

You maybe right about a leak. My cars turbo will kick in around 2.5k however it will full boost 4.5k which i dont think is normal. I cant seem to track down the leak. Even with a smoke tester nothing shows. Maybe because maf is no good ?>

James this already has MAF off. Can you simply delete P0068 only.

Thank you
