hi all customer only key has stopped working to start the car

Freelander 2 2008, Dash slot type key

Where is the immo on this car to remove?? any photos, can i read it with VVDI prog , is it possible to clip onto the chip to read data and add standar ID46 to allow me to add remote dash key via OBD again

Am i right thinking the immo is in the fusebox, behind glovebox? white casing

if so, does anyone know what to clip onto and if VVDI prog will read it? thanks!

I did an AKL on a Freelander 2 (2009) last year with AVDI - no problems with it at all. Used a non-genuine key.

You sure you didnt have one with smart proxy key,,, not dash slot?

i thought the freelander 2 with dash slot key always need working key to add new by OBD

You have MVP in your signature, have you tried that?

Try selecting European, is its possible with mvp pro.
