Delco Multec S Opel Vectra B 1.6 16v BJ97 How Read out?

Hey Guys,

My dad has an 97er Vectra B 1.6 16v 101 PS How i Can Read out the MSG? ist an Delco Multec S (HSFI 2.1?)
I have Kess v2 but dont works and K-Tag but no Manuel how read out works.
Kess Say ID Error/Wrong ID or anyway
Have anyone avereything?

Or i must buy another Hardware to Read out the Eeprom but Which?

Or Pin out to Read out with kess on the table not OBD.
The Car have no Right OBD Port

Please Help me!

For eeprom/ pin code u can use carprog.
Flash can be readed by galetto or kess.

Ah Sorry what the difference between EEPROM and FLASH? I need the right to make Stage 1 :D i need flash right?

On pentrol without turbo can't modify map to make diference....and yes...is flash

Do you remember how did you read the FLASH? Did you do it via OBD, or bench?
