1st password for honda CIVIC 2009

Hi guys, I'm tying to add 1 key to my civic by HDS2.018 but come to the 1st password. I tried the Hondaacura code generator but it doesn't generate the right 1st password. whatever you put in, it is always D2CEB.

Could anybody help with the 1st passowrd? VIN:00217, plase let me know what date should I use. Many thanks!

Or, can anybody tell how to use the generator correctly? I can't make it work out the 1st password, always shows D2CEB

May I ask another question? What factor will affect the 1st password? VIN? Data? Or, from what I have read, does 1st password only depend on the YEAR?
