2008 Range Rover Sport 2.7 TDV6, with attached mod in i still engine malfunction message in dash & limp mode after high load.

High load = full gas pedal , it will "hold" at about 3200rpm for 10 seconds then limp

With ORI in - P045D, p0405, & P140A with both EGR's disconnected, i think just P045D with both connected
With MOD in , no DTC before or after after limp mode. No other ( engine) codes
Tried removing DTC to EGR off file with MTX & still same result, limp & dash message

Have tried MOD in & EGR's connected or disconnected, same result.
No transmission fault or suspension fault apart from parking brake but have released it via the cable under console.
Using Delphi DS150e China as diag tool

Have had file from 2 x supplier, it was 99% identical so maybe its swiftec ?

Seimens # LP140K1000000
SW Version is 8H32-12K532-LD

3 solutions tried & no luck, so conclusion is EGR is stuck open & needs physically blanking . I dont see any plates for 2009 ( VIN=9A) available.

Thanks for all who helped. :)
