Jeep Cherokee 2.5 diesel immo off 1998

Hi guys i have a jeep Cherokee 1998 model with 2.5 diesel engine , i have removed the ecu from the back seat(bosch) and tired multiple immo off files from dk i have lifted pin 7 and soldered it to pin 8 still no luck, has anyone got any information regarding an immo off for this vehicle, i have posted my original 24c02 dump aswell.

thanks is there any wire to cut car does not crank i have to bridge starter to crank
