Toyota passo K3 immo off

help a brother..

need immo off for Toyota passo with K3 engine. Tried programming with Tango, 4c transponder, immo light goes off..ignition is turning but engine will not start...Checked all fuses, all fine, brought another ECU, did handshake but no results are found. So i do not mind immo off

I read ecu RA57 as 93c56 and here is the file

tried file 1.. no spark will try file 2. hold up. does eeprom RA57 same as 93c56 or 93c57?
