Different ECU SW Versions

Hi guys :)
Is it possible to do the following:
I have a 2 cars. Both are VAG 1.9TDI with Bosch EDC15 ECU. But HW and SW versions are different. Can I just use the same WinOLS script for example: DPF off / hardcut limiter or any other thing on both maps? Or do I have to create new WinOLS scripts for every HW and SW version although they are basically the same ECU (1.9TDI EDC15)?

EDC15 VAG does not have DPF!

it's just an example... just a general question about maps in same ECUS but different SW versions... stage1 skript w/e . Can I just use the same WinOLS script for on both maps? Can I just apply the exact same maps on both altough they have different SW versions? or do I have to tune them individually?

The script itself will tell you if you are allowed to run it over a certain ecu dump.
