Coding from BCM PQ35.

Hello,
after replace BCM in Octavia 2 FL, I can't set exact coding for this car. Here is dump from old (original) BCM, can somebody extract for me its coding?

In PQ35 you cant change just module on same part number. It should have area preconfigured for exactly car model/market. It is outside coding area. Which issuess you have exactly?

This car has xenon AFS, separate high beams, and separate daylights fitted in front fog lights. After KL15, 0 position of light switch, DRL works great. When car is running, high beams are turned on then Xenons are blinking like they would be defective, when car is on KL15 only, it is not happening. When I do mark in coding bixenon, they shine normally even when car is working and high beams are turned on, but then DRL's are not working (0 position of light switch etc. no matter what i code for them).
I did even do coding via ODIS, same result (xenons blinking when high beams are on)

BTW. BCM has been replaced because the original one was damaged and stopped working.
