Need help "2014 camry le ECU IMMO no: 89780-06040 EEPROM no: 93C66"

Hello Techies,
My car model is 2014 camry le.
I have lost my master key and now have only Valet Key.
I want to program new Master key so i bought two new G chip keys but As i am having only Valet Key i was not able to program new keys using Techstream.

I am trying to get a VIRGIN dump file for my ECU Immo so that i can add new keys.

what iam up to now?

I bought two new 93c66 EEPROMS
so200se programmer
soic test clip

What i Need?

Virgin Dump file For part number 89780-06040 ECU with 93c66 eeprom.

I know i can read the data from exiting EEPROM but i am noob at editing HEX code. i dont want to mess with my existing EEPROM instead i want to keep it safe as aback up and try experimenting on new chips.

I would be really helpful if any one can share me VIRGIN FILE for above ECU IMMO box
