Galletto 1080 identical layout galletto 1250

GmGold software for Galletto interface work only VIN changhe and IMMO code change. Problem is in PASSWORD red mode and RESET ECU mode - NOT WORK !
I was probe it on Z10XE 2002.

It is the same and you can extra fast edit simple KKL to be a Galletto 1XXX adding one resistor of 5K6 or any up to 10K ( it is not critical ) from +5V to TXD pin on FTDI232BL and one 1N4148 diode from TXD to DTR pin oriented as catode to TXD and anode to TXD pin on FTDI232BL. It will work better then China clone if you have KKL with L9637D or some SIXXXX OBD chip in KKL. Reason is to China clones have very bad output stage as imitation of OBD chip with LM339 or some similar.....

If you add one double sided switch to ON/OFF that adaptation to your KKL you will have very powerful OBD2 KKL and Flasher in same time.... just need think about simple solutions.

Tested and work 1000% good. And secret and difference is only in .EPT file for 93C46 EEPROM. GM gold SW can be edited in HEX editor to accept any serial number from Galletto interface from 1080 up to 1260...

I use the OPEL GOLD software in the hybrid ECU GM/Opel, which was the only sometimes I cannot success is the M1.5.5 Astra, some reset does not others.
I think it must have a certain relationship of these errors for hardware, may be the PC, the interface or power supply, still can not define certain what determines that error.
For example the last M1.5.5 I did, was not having success, then did the following:
I went into SAFE MODE in win xp, put the source 13.8 VDC power and lowered the speed PORT COM, then it reset.
When the soft lock in 65%, close it using the keys Ctrl + Alt + Del and restart it again, only a few reset after three or more attempts, do not disconnect the power supply during the procedure.

I bought Galletto1260 (clone) and work fine. But software galletto has many read and flash options: flash-complete and tab; eprom-complete and tab. OK, but what is different? When I read flash-complete from my car it work abouth 30min (for 448KB file). What are smaller files 64KB or 6KB from TAB option? What is enough for copy CAR-MAP?
