cars not detected with Can clip

hello ,

last week, i had a connection problem,the clip don't detect any car. If i connect it : the two red lamps turn on ,but the green ones stay off.(i'm using an original Renault Interface not chinese one) so i thought that my old version is broken.

So i deleted my old software version and installed the V94 but the same probleme is always here.

Does some one have an idea about this !?

Sorry it's not working also, i have just tried an other CAN this morning but the same problem is persisting, so defect is on the PC, or the Clip,or may be missing or faulty drivers...
Any other idea ??
How can i verify drivers ??

if you plug the cable into another usb socket does it attempt to load the drivers. (needs to be a socket you have not used before) Does it see the probe?

this file is on the install disk & gets copied into windows sys32 drivers folder.
