MB W447 Rear door lock

Customer bought from auction mb vito w447 2016 year . Was no problems .
Later he go to main dealer to do service and same time dealer done software upgrade .
After updates comes problems with rear door :
On the dash shows rear door always open and stop to work opening buttons.
The dealer does not want to fix it because all control modules have different VIN number

Queastion : where I must change coding to fix this problem ?
