I am tryind to add key this car
BMW 1 E87


61.35-6943834-01
2071165939
MCV 00.00.00
FSV 1.7.5
OSV 3.3.0
HW C4
SW 12.5

Car has one working key
Made a Spare key on position 3 with key tag programmer (FVDI CLONE).

1. Read and backup FLASH AND EEPROM R270
2. Load on Tag key programmer ( AUTO TOOL) eeprom
3. Select new position (3) and new key is added
4. Fvdi gives me a modded eeprom with a few changes and the write to CAS
5. TESTED:

Original key is working 100%
New key is only working remote, not ignition,not crancking.
Only if I start with original and I insert inmediatelly new key then starts.

Have I done correctly?
Perhaps I should no write mod dump generated by FVDI?
I have original data, can I write it back or there is some rolling code and could damage something?

I upload original eeprom and file with KEY3 added.
I also upload FLASH for archive purposes.

I did not try OBD , I had read meny problems if FVDI needs to reflash it.
As I am not sure if is crypted or not

So I go in a safer way. I am rigth?


Any help will be appreciatted

Hi bro, pass pag3 , I can make chip to start and you can test it!
then unlock the key you made with FVDI and send me reading unlock!

Sounds like FVDI treated the eeprom as CAS3. It should have seen it as CAS3+ and prompted you for ECU ISN or a working key. Otherwise all you'll get is an extra remote.
