Sync ECU and Dash 2007 Ford Fiesta

Hi there

Could someone please help me sync this ecu and dash.
Old ECU was faulty, so had to replace. Dash is original.
ECU is SIM210. Dash only has 9S12 chip with 1K78X mask.
I have read dash with carprog, through OBD.

Car not start.
File looks exactly the same as the one I sent.
Any help please???

files are the same,codecard soft for ford is working or not?Becose dash eeprom size wrong?
