Honda civic 2016 srs ecu water damage

Hello to all. I have a honda 2016 civic with water damage ecu, one fault U3000. Legs of cpu are rusted and disconnected. After remove ecu to search for new now I have errors with other systems:

Hill Assist
Electric Power Steering
VSA System.
Parking Brake system.
Line detection

If I find a second hand ecu without crash with same number is it going to work, or I need to flash it with my file from rh850 ecu?

Should be fine. Module 77960-TBA-A040 should also work.
After install Perform OPDS callibration and ABS/VSA calibrations and should be fine.
