I just got my unit in.. first thing is to try toyota/Lexus rfid unlock 128 bit fail 80bit fail the 40bit early version is all it can unlock by rf.

Bought this tool recently and copied id46 on cn3 successful after 3rd attempt. It needs to put the copied chip sticked to bottom edge of the coil. I was surprised how quick tool decoded the key and sniffed from ignition needs only put the key in without turning one time. Just to let you know I was tried to format copied cn3 to factory state and this tool has only one option to generate id46 blank and it's in crypto mode. After generate cn3 tool recognized chip as 7935 !! I read this also by nd900 mini and this show me right data. I formated by nd900 you can choose GM or blank and cn3 formatted as password mode become recognisable by KH100.

I don’t thinks so, I’ve been waiting for that update over a year. I will dig out the tool and upgrade ,I’ll see if they what a subscription fee after a year.

I think kh100 is the cheapest tool that can initialize 128bit smart key. Is there anything else?

KH100 will let you unlock 1 smart fob 128 bit toyota per day. What a joke!
iprog will unlock 128 bit and much more.

It’s like the tango you can read the Eeprom section via rfid.. So like most read the virgin and save, then read the register and compare the data. On page 6 there 2 bits that change from virgin to used. On the HEX data I believe it’s on line 20
simple stuff but no one share the info.

Direct Toyota 8A smart key copy - does that mean it can just copy whole smart key functions to their keys? No need to program via OBD?

So they can emulate and pull the data off the button, to make all lost smart keys faster to add in. So your not resetting the immo. Just adding, there emulator. What has happened now they created a new smart key that they can write the data off the button. To get a smart key to work in the system, that was previously registered.
