HI ALL, i just replaced a dme on this bmw. used, i mirrored the vin isn etc with bmw, ECU explorer. the car started fine. but give me check engine errors, fault codes. and has lose of power. idle is fine. can you guys guide me with this problem???

before change dme was all ok ?

You must code with e sys and after will have right vin and coding

If you do not know how let me know, remote and one minute problem solved

before change dme was all ok ?

the original dme had error codes that couldn't be cleared. I transferred the vin, Isn, motor hour and checked everything again. I scanned it and it comes up with the correct vin

Yes and the flash files with it

The original dme had waste gate codes and some other sensor related that wouldn't clear. The used one I installed I copied all the info and transferred to it. It shows the original car vin, starts but power is low when driving

Try to delete adaptations and thought versions first. BMW Explorer should be able to code the ECU as well but usually there is not much that can be coded in the ECU.

you needed to clone it, would be easiest and safest.

you have wrong power class, you can reset working hours and then code it correctly.

What TOOL clones these units? I have used the ecu explorer to mirror the info from original to used.
