Jeep SKIM module - help needed

I have this Jeep with SKIM which has no 8 leg chip in it, but rather microchip mcu and I would need the programmer which can enable me read the dump of it, xprog is not having it among it list.

this is 2006 Jeep grand cherokee

i want to be able to change the VIN in this unit alone, any help will be appreciated. Who wil help ?

This Immo have a Microchip MCU L0137212A .. and as best of my knowledge there is no chip programmer can deal with it ..

Changing the VIN number will be complicated for this case. program the key without problem
