GL512 memory connetction by GTAG

Hi, sorry for being a novice, but can somebody explain how to connect GL512 memory by JTAG?
Or just say is it even possible to do if you are new at this?

Wrong section -> It's Radio / Navi unit RNS310 post to Radio decode
JTAG does not connect to Flash directly. JTAG connects to CPU and you access Flash via it.
