mercedes keyless key battery holder

The case is the same but the battery holder are not :(
i can't simply just cut bcose i have to do on the red marked line and the battery pins will be cutted too, and unfortunately the pcb battery pads are just partially same.
any idea?

Keyless go key is difference,and you can’t put this battery holder.

yes i figured out do you have any source of this case+holder? My regular suppliers are not selling those
