I had some time meanwhile and discovered the codewords for EGR Valve (CDAGR) and EGR potentiometer (CDAGRL):

CDAGR: 0x18191

CDAGRL: 0x 18192

When they are set to "0" readiness code will become "passed" and no DTC will be set.

Setting the codewords requires the valve to stay connected, because we didn't alter KRKTE.

In that file you posted there are no checksums corrected unfortunately. Working file attached.

Edit: Car passed German TÜV inspection and emissions check without any problems.
