Can Cn900mini corrupt original key chip ?

Can the CN900 mini corrupt an original key ??
i was trying to copy a key for a Holden rodeo 2006
Id48 chip and decoding was interrupted when we tried to
start the 4x4 with the original key there was a
car with a spanner flashing in the dash consol
i connected an sbb to the obd 2 port I put the Immobilizer
pin in to the sbb and followed the prompts but it said
communication error I could read the errors and erase them but it was
as if it was not detecting a key in the ignition .

I found out today no the CN900 can not corrupt the original chip but it can
send the Immobilizer in to shutdown mode when you hold the snif antenna
near the coil the Immobilizer must sense the snif antenna when you turn the
ignition on for 3 seconds then turn it off ... today I erased all keys then added
the key back in to the Immobilizer then started the Holden rodeo 2006..
