Failed to connect MRSZ3 temic to carprog

Hello i have a bmw e53
Finally connect the ecu with carprog whit the connector a10, here is the dump.
Anyone fix this?
I would paid for this service
I have a clear dump but clear dump have two airbags more that my e53 dump.
