Citroen relay 2013 not crancking after engine repair.

Hi guys
I usually dont deal with diagnostics but this is for a gargage that i do jobs for, they had an engine repair on citroen relay 2013 id46 key, but when they tried to start it, they got cranck but the second time, it would not cranck at all.
went there with avdi, programmed the key back to the bcm(key light was on), but it was same, tried to read the fault codes, but cant get comms with the ecu which is continental Sid 208 S180129001 G, what would be the problem? fault codes come up with can/ ecu problem.

can this ecu be virginised, if software problem? or is it sync problem,thanks for any suggestion or experience that you might have had on this van.

The best tool for psa diag to detect all fault codes is lexia ....to virginize that ecu is little hard not any tool can read sid208 psa u need genuine tool like magpro x17 or ktag original (dont try with other sid208 luke range rover or ford it can damage your ecu)
