Mazda 5 dpf off problem

Hello! I have a problem with mazda 5 2.0d 2005 dpf off. After programming (dpf off file from DK) errors P2454 and P2452 appear and dpf flashes . I am asking for a working dpf off file or removing P2454 and P2452 errors.
