Clearing Crash Data in SRS modules

Hello All,


I am new to the site and I am here looking for info on how to get started reading and clearing crash data from SRS modules. This is new to me but is something I would like to learn. If anyone can point me in the correct direction I would like to find out which is the best or standard software used for this process. Any info will be greatly appreciated.
