help to program smart key Toyota Rav4 2019 all key loss

hello pls help i am trying to program a smart key for Toyota rav4 2019 using new version of techstream 14.00 but when i get the seed number and try to retrieve pass code the web site show me wrong vin or wrong seed number or unsupported version
any idea pls ?

New system seed need to be approve by manager. I have mechanic password and it will not give me a seed old system no issue.

Hi mates. I looking for info about program new keys or reset immo in new RAV4 2019/2020. I know there is a new system to program keys, teachstream provide seed code and you must generate pass code. (at the moment only dealer can calculate this new pass code). Well, with Teachstream online for American market if you are registred on NASTF then you can access to this paypeble security service, but..... Any know if this security online service is availabe for European market?

PD. When i speak about seed code, i do about new seed code system, not the old 96 digit system.

It cost $65.00 for all day Subscription toyota/Lexus TIs threw nasft there is no one sharing or brokers with service in the USA. To add if your a wrench turn for toyota you still need a foreman to ok the service. I have the privilege to use tis as a “Foreman” With a 24 hour access.
