I had a spare remote key to do the other day, a 2 button 2005 citroen remote, pulled the pin and programmed 2 remote keys(the customers and my one), but the customer one ,no matter what i did, the remote would not program back in! So i had to program 2 originals for the price of one(checked his remote before hand), So from now on i hit the customer with a disclaimer, in case their remote stops working after key programming, with an explanation.
Since we see more and more cloning keys find their way in this market, i think what might have happened that they must have put a Tp from a working key,into the shell of the working remote!, So how else can you explain this! So i thought i share this with you.
